Preparation of Group reporting based on DK or US GAAP. If your group applies other accounting principles, special arrangements may be offered based on further negotiations
Preparation of estimated tax calculations and reconciliation of payable and deferred tax
Preparation of consolidated financial statements
Preparation of tax return
Filing of the company’s financial statements and tax return to applicable authorities
Business Controlling, including reporting, statistic and controlling and managing business objectives
Audit Committee and Compliance with corporate business practice
All the above can be in coordination of the communication with the auditors relating to the audit of the financial statements upon request.
We will keep track of all deadlines to be met by the company.
These services are also offered to non domiciled clients, meaning clients with whom we do not provide domiciliation nor director.
