During the past more than 20 years Phillip has been working with establishment and management of international enterprises, international company structures and legal advisor with transactions. He was admitted to the Danish bar in 1995 and to practise law before the High Courts in 1995. Over the years, Phillip has been working in legal departments of corporate companies, working in the real estate market, and in that connection, heading the legal team representing the buyer, seller or bidder in a transaction involving real estate. During the past 20 years Peter has been working with audit, reporting and accounting, establishment and formation of companies, company structures, taxation, financing, corporate recovery, transaction services and other advisory services. Peter holds a MBA education in Business Essentials and Business Development and Innovation, including Corporate Finance and International Performance Management.
